Curved wood slat feature wall

The first thing seen walking into Avidity’s Torrey Pines headquarters is this two-story wall feature, drawn from organic systems: island clusters, honeycomb geometry, the arc of growth. Individually curved wood slats read as one continuous motion, climbing the wall and wrapping the soffit. Each piece was CNC cut and sequenced so the integrated LED and electrical disappear cleanly into the back faces. Stainless cables carry live vines up from the planter below, so that it grows and evolves alongside the company.
