Floor-to-ceiling wall systems to custom cabinetry that has to fit within a thirty-second of an inch - ,illwork is where precision meets craft, and it's one of the things we do best. If it's getting built into the architecture, we're building it like it belongs there.
We work across the full range - MIG and TIG welding, laser welding, precision machining, structral builds, and ornamental detials. We're as comfortable running a clean bead on a decorative feature as we are fabricating a frame that has to carry load.
LED lighting integration is where we live most often, but our scope runs the gamut. From AV systems, interactive installations, structural and mechanical coordination. We don't treat tech as an afterthought; it's part of the build from day one.
CNC, laser cutters, plasma cutters, waterjet, 3D printers - digital fabrication isn't a novelty for us, it's part of how we solve problems. When a design calls for geometry that can't be achieved by hand, we move from digital model to shop floor without loosing anything along the way.
We fabricate custom seating, wall panels, and fabric systems, building our own foam and cushioning in-house so nothing gets outsourced when it doesn't have to be. The details live in the pattern, the cut, and the finish, and we treat it with the same level of rigour that we bring to everything else that leaves our shop.
Finishing is the last thing that happens and the first thing people notice. We run a dedicated dust-free booth handling everything from lacquer and stains to patinas and weather resistent coatings, speccing the right finish for the material, the environment, and the wear it's going to take.

Project Management

Design Assist

You don’t need to know how it gets built. We work with you to figure that out. By refining details, selecting materials, and thinking through fabrication methods, we ensure a smooth transition from your idea to an execution ready plan.

Technical Design

In order to keep the details tight and the end goal in in site, we have a team dedicated to producing accurate detailing materials, dimensions, and assembly methods. These serve for both final client approval, and as the roadmap to ensure accurate and efficient production.

Engineering

Cantilevers, suspended pieces, oversized installs - the work we take on often needs engineering to back it up. We coordinate with licensed structural engineers to verify loads and produce stamped documentation for permitting and install. Developed alongside our fabrication team, so the structural solution fits how we actually build.

Prototyping
